The Best Tips for a Successful Team


There are many tips that can be followed in order to have a successful team, some of these tips I have already posted below. I shared a link at the bottom of this post explaining the top ten characteristics of effective teams.     These are all really good examples on the key characteristics to a good team! To be honest with you, I sat back at tried to think of any areas that the Team Tactics webpage missed, but they managed to cover all key areas of communication, and body language. Great link!

    i find the 2 biggest things are communication and knowing what job you are supposed to do. as long as those 2 things are there then things work well.
