In order to obtain a goal from the purpose that your team
has come up with or been assigned, the team must follow a set or procedures.
The word procedure in the dictionary means an act or manner of proceeding in
any action or process; conduct. The best way for a team to be successful is to
divide up the roles and tasks in the group evenly. Sometimes people may not
like the role or task in which they are assigned and because of this will not
follow the procedure previously laid out subsequently causing the team to fail
its objective. Has anyone ever been assigned a part in their group in which
they did not enjoy, leading to the demise of the group?
