One key thing to have on your team is to have an effective
leader. You need a good leader to be able to delegate what should be done and
when it should be completed by. Although sometimes more than one person will
want to be the team leader, in that case you can have a co-leader. Majority of
the time though people do not want the responsibility of being the one to
delegate because they may feel that it will be more work for them. Has anyone
of you been a team leader? If so how did it go over and was your task completed
successfully?
I have been a team leader when needed. The task at hand always gets done. There have been bad experiences where the team leader has not steeped up. Sometimes they tend to hand out all the work and that way they don’t have to do anything. The just sit back and watch everyone else do the work but then they take all the credit for the project. Sometimes they tend to take on too much and then complain because no one else is doing anything. I would say that you have to find the right balance to be a team leader.

ReplyDeletebe a good leader. Everyone always looks up to someone from what they said or done. Always be a leader not a follower. Be the example not the copy. by you being a leader can make a difference in someones lives. so never be afraid to do something different
ReplyDeleteI have been a team leader in the past, and i have also kept quiet while a team leader was needed and nobody wanted to step up. I think that there is a time for everything, and a leader is almost always needed. On the certain times that a leader isn't needed, the team must work together effectively to make up for the lack of leadership.
